The staff were absolutely amazing, so friendly and always willing to help. The room was spacious and clean, with a fantastic shower. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beaches and surrounded by everything you need. The price was great for the quality of the room. The amenities were excellent, from the free Wi-Fi to the car park, swimming pool, air conditioning, bar/lounge area. I would definitely stay here again!

The place is central, but still not on the main road. The hotel restaurant is very good, and the staff very very friendly. It's a quiet place, and apparently the loud bar behind that used to make noisy music all night has stopped to do so.
The noisy music of the Art Bar just further up in the street. They have called the police several time, and actually the last part of my stay I didn't hear the music anymore. Plus I asked to be moved to a quiter room for this reason, and they upgraded me for free in a more expensive one.

I chose Baannueng@Kata solely for its proximity to the Big Buddha, a landmark I had been eager to visit. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel also offered free parking and laundry services for added convenience. , being able to enjoy delicious drinks at the bar/lounge and having the option of breakfast, lunch, and dinner on-site enhanced my overall experience.

Nice staff good location, Many restaurants and shops around, beach only 15min by walk. The only négative things is the noise of music maybe a concert guitare etc.. Hard to sleep well.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Kata Beach for my vacation. The location was perfect, with plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance. The staff were friendly and spoke English, which made communication easy. I was upgraded to a villa by the pool, which was more modern and spacious. The pool area was lovely, although it could use some improvements. However, overall it was great value for my money.

The Staff were very friendly and helpful. Because of my late flight back, I checked out 15:00h instead of 12:00h but they without any problem. You just have to ask them.
There is no TV in Room. For me no problem but for other Tourists might it be.

We enjoyed the bungalows behind the main guest rooms and appreciated the beach towels provided each day. The staff were able to rent us a scooter for the day which was great fun.
Breakfast was minimal. Cut fruit needs to be covered if left out all morning. The bed was hard - like a brick. There were bugs and cobwebs on the bathroom walls - even after I asked the staff to clean it. I have several bug bites that I am still healing from. I wouldn't recommend or stay at Kata House again, even for the cost. I guess it's true you get what you pay for. Our room had no soap or TV. Friends traveling with us wanted to go somewhere else but the staff found a room for them with a TV.

I absolutely loved the decoration at Baannueng@Kata! The hotel has a charming and cozy atmosphere, with beautiful flowers and plants all around. It felt like a peaceful oasis, perfect for a senior woman like me. The hotel's accessibility was also great, with easy access to all the facilities and no steep stairs or long walks.
I wish there were more activities or entertainment options for senior people. It would have been nice to have some organized tours or events specifically tailored for older guests.

The room was amazing! It had a private bathroom with a shower and even included free toiletries and a bidet. The room was individually decorated and had a refrigerator and a LCD television. I loved that they gave us complimentary bottled water and the blackout drapes made it so easy to sleep in. The satellite TV and minibar in the room were great bonuses. Oh, and the pillowtop bed was so comfortable!
Personally, I didn't enjoy the bidet in the bathroom, but others might find it useful.
